Town of Winchendon Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Winchendon Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 17, 2026 at 6:05pm to consider the request of applicant and owner Steve Cefalo, of 12 Mount Vernon Street, Unit 47, Melrose, MA 02176 for the re-approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan for property located off of Commercial Drive, Winchendon, MA 01475, property is identified as Winchendon Assessors Map 12 Parcel 23. Said property is located in the C1 Large Scale Commercial District. The hearing will be held in the 2nd Floor Auditorium of the Winchendon Town Hall, 109 Front Street.
