City of Visalia Request for Proposals RFP-25-26-15 Open Ground Land Lease   PROPOSALS will be received by Visalia Purchasing Dept., 707 W. Acequia Ave., Visalia, CA, until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, for the lease of approximately 408 acres of City-owned open land.
