Public notice is hereby given that the Spring Garden Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet in the Township Municipal Building, 340 Tri Hill Road, York, PA at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2025, to consider the following applications:
• Application 2026-01 – 1103 Mt. Rose Avenue, Jay Varahi, LLC – has filed special exception request to Section 310-9(C), Convenience Store, and a variance request from Section 310-15(B) parking requirements, to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 17 to 8. The property is located at 1103 Mt. Rose Avenue and is in a C (Commercial Zone). This applicant requested a continuance to the March meeting.
• Application 2026-02 – 1079 Kings Mill Rd., Darrah Realty, LP, Harry Darrah – has filed an appeal to the Zoning Officer’s decision denying a Certificate of Use and Occupancy for a professional office. The property is located at 1079 Kings Mill Road and is zoned IP (Industrial Park Zone).
