Crown Castle is proposing to collocate an additional radio mount/equipment at a centerline height of 12 feet on an existing 46.25-foot pole telecommunications structure at the following site: 894 East Cottage Grove Avenue, Bloomington, Monroe County, IN 47408 and Lat: 39-10-20.96, -86-31-23.54. The structure will be at the intersection of North Woodlawn Avenue and East Cottage Grove Avenue. Crown Castle invites comments from any interested party on the impact of the proposed action on any districts, sites, buildings, structures or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineering or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and/or specific reason the proposed action may have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
