Outagamie County, being a permitted entity under the Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and regulated by permit number WPDES-WI-S050075, is required to submit an annual report to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The report outlines annual compliance with the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permitting requirements.
The Outagamie County Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at the Outagamie County Government Center, County Board Room, 320 S. Walnut St., Appleton, WI 54911, on March 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM in regards to the 2025 MS4 Annual Report. The purpose of this hearing is to allow the general public to provide comments regarding the 2025 MS4 Annual Report.
