NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CALLEGUAS MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
The Calleguas Municipal Water District (District) Board of Directors will consider amending District Ordinance No. 12, “An Ordinance of the Board of Directors of Calleguas Municipal Water District Covering the Rules and Regulations for Water
Service to Member Agencies within Calleguas Municipal Water District, as Amended”. The proposed changes: (1) modify the Ordinance due to the elimination of Tier 2 water costs from Metropolitan Water District of Southern California; (2) clarify how changes to the Ordinance will be implemented in the future; and (3) correct typographical errors and provide consistency in terminology.
A draft of amended Ordinance No. 12 is available for public review at the District’s headquarters.
A Public Hearing will be held on March 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at the District’s headquarters located at 2100 Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks, California. The public is invited to attend this hearing and encouraged to comment on this matter at that time. Written comments will be considered if delivered to the address above prior to the opening of the Public Hearing.
