NOTICE OF BOND SALE Sealed bids will be received by the Meade County Water District at the District's office in Brandenburg, Kentucky, until 12:00 Noon, E.T., on March 24, 2026, for the purchase of $7,659,000 of Meade County Water District Waterworks Revenue Bonds, Series 2026, to be dated as of the date of delivery and bearing interest from that date, payable semiannually, maturing on January 1, 2028 through 2067. Minimum bid, par value. USDA, Rural Development will submit a bid for the purchase of the Bonds. Good faith check 2%. Approving legal opinion by Rubin & Hays, Louisville, Kentucky.
