Adjustments to the 2026 property assessments have been made by the local Assessor’s Office with the expectation that the above factors will then not have to be implemented by the County Equalization Department. Property owners may examine the assessment roll at the Township Hall during office hours: Mon-Thur, 8AM-1PM and Wed 5PM-7PM.
The 2026 Board of Review will be in session at the Township Hall, 16201 Port Sheldon St (West Olive, 49460) during these times:
MONDAY, MARCH 9th - 9AM – 3PM
TUESDAY, MARCH 10th - 3PM – 9PM
Property owners who would like to appeal the assessment of their property must do so at these times. Appeals are by appointment only. For an appointment call 616.399.6121.
