Pursuant to an Order Amending Caption, Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 30, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on April 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 24 Brighton Drive, Unit 2102, Building 21, Newburgh, NY 12550. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Newburgh, County of Orange and State of New York, Section 124, Block 1 and Lot 1.-120 together with an undivided 0.5804 percent interest in the Common Elements. Approximate amount of judgment is $767,269.97 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # EF005305-2024. Cash will not be accepted.
