Case No. PLZU-25-0006: Request by Gilbert Blilie PLLC on behalf of the property owner, MP Hazen Sand & Rock LLC, for the approval of a Conditional Use Permit with Site Plan for aggregate extraction and related ancillary batch plant operations on property located south of Hazen Road, between Rooks Road and Miller Road, situated within the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 3 West of the Gila And Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona.
