NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENT PUBLIC NOTICE of the time fixed by the Board of Directors of the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, for hearing and passing upon the Assessment and proceedings previously conducted for installation of paving within the District and in the County of Maricopa. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, 1956, and amendments thereto PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Superintendent of Streets of the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District, did on the 11th day of February, 2026, notify the Board of Directors of the District that she had recorded the assessment and warrant for certain work within the district and in the County of Maricopa, being work initiated by Resolution No. 2 of the Board of Directors of 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District and performed under Project TZ2201 on file in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District to which Resolution and Contract reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the work, and that the Board of Directors of the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District has fixed the time and place of hearing and passing upon the assessment and proceedings previously conducted, to be at 9:30 A.M., on the 25th day of March, 2026, at the Board of Supervisors’ Auditorium, 205 West Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The lots, portions or lots and other pieces or parcels of land located within the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District in the County of Maricopa, which have been assessed to pay for the improvements are fully described in the Assessment so recorded, and the Assessment Diagram on file in the office of the Superintendent of Streets and in Resolution No. 2, to which the Assessment, Assessment Diagram and Resolution reference is hereby made for a more particular description thereof. All of the lots, portions of lots, pieces or parcels of land being within the present boundaries of the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District, excepting therefrom any portion of any public street or alley that may be included in the above-described District. Improvement bonds extending over a period of approximately ten (10) years from their date and bearing interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum will be issued under the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes. 1956, and amendments thereto, in the name of the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District, but payable only out of the special fund collected from the assessment levied against the property situated within the above-described assessment district. Any owner, contractor or his assigns, or any other person directly interested in the work or in the assessment for the expenses of the same, having any objections to the assessment or any previous proceedings connected therewith, or who claim that the work has not been performed according to the contract in good and substantial manner, or making any objections to the correctness or legality of the proceedings, or claiming that the assessment or any part thereof should be modified, may at any time prior to the time fixed for the hearing file with the Clerk of the 130th Street and Chandler Heights Road Pavement Improvement District a written notice briefly specifying the grounds of his objections, and at the time fixed for the hearing or at such time or times not later than ten (10) days thereafter to which such hearing may be postponed, the Board of Directors will hear and pass upon all objections so made and filed. All the decisions and determinations of the Board of Directors upon hearing aforesaid will be final and conclusive as to all errors, informalities, and irregularities which the Board of Directors might have remedied or avoided at any time during the progress of the proceedings.
