The City of Scottsdale, Arizona (“City”) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified professional firms to provide annual services for civil/site work, and related services, on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City of Scottsdale (City). Up to 5 firms will be selected. This solicitation is open to all firms.
The City of Scottsdale (“City”) is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for professional services to provide civil infrastructure construction inspection and related services on an “as needed” basis at various project locations throughout the City of Scottsdale.
The initial term of the contract will be for two (2) years and have a maximum contract term amount of $12,000,000. This on-call contract may be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, with a maximum term amount of $6,000,000. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance by the firm and the needs of the City. The contract maximum may be increased at the time the option is exercised, or at another time deemed prudent by the mutual agreement of both parties. The City may award one or more Job Order Contracts from this RFQ. The City makes no guarantee of work under an job order contract.
