By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 09/15/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 03/25/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain tract- of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, approximately Twelve (12) Miles below Thibodaux, Louisiana, more particularly described as Tract "B-1" of the Family Subdivision of the Property of Joseph J. Monier, Jr., as shown on a plat of survey entitled "FAMILY SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY OF JOSEPH J. MONIER, JR., LOCATED IN SECTION 9, TI5S-R18E, LAFOURCHE PARISH, LOUISIANA" dated June 29, 2006, prepared by Charles J. McDonald Land Surveyor, Inc., a copy of which is recorded under Instrument No. 1012044, Book 1667, Page 82 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana; Tract "B-1" measures a total of 200.00' Feet front on Mireille Street, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 102.66' Feet; and is bounded in front or West by Mireille Street, in the rear or East by property now or formerly, belonging to Pierre Babin, towards Louisiana Highway 1 or North by Tract "A" and to the South or towards the Forty Arpent line by property presently owned by Jerry Thomas Monier; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $104509.88 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
