PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 3rd day of March, 2026, the Superior Court fixed May 4, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Marlboro located at Municipal Complex, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey, 07746 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #2021-003 dated December 7, 2021, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Marlboro, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, and recorded in the office of the Monmouth County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 9573, page 3348; and covers real estate located at 10 Thomas Ln, Marlboro, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey known as Block 107, Lot 17 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Marlboro, and assessed to George Gardner & Susan Gardner. Total amount required to redeem is $26,862.12, together with interest from February 20, 2026, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
