MTA METRO-NORTH RAILROAD NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT #541350 - MTA Metro-North Railroad (MNR) in support of meeting Penn Station Access revenue service requirements of 2027, intends to execute a sole source agreement to purchase thirty-six (36) single-level coach cars from Siemens Mobility Inc. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any firm may assert its ability to supply the coach cars within the required timeframe by notifying the designated MTA Procurement Representative below in writing via e-mail within 5 days of this notice.
