Bid Notice Canaan Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting bids at the regular scheduled meeting until 7:00PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Ladore Lodge 398 South Street Waymart PA 18472 or by mailing to: Canaan Township 30 Canaan Road Waymart PA 18472 for the following items:   Item #1: Grad-All, Rubber Tire (Wheel) Mobile Unit with operator at an hourly rate – 50 hours plus or minus. Item #2: 2500 +/- tons 2A Modified FOB plant, 2500 +/- tons 2A Stone delivered to Township shed or Canaan Township Road at direction of Roadmaster. Item #3: 500 +/- tons 3A Stone FOB plant, 500 +/- tons 3A Stone delivered to Township shed or Canaan Township Road at direction of Roadmaster. Item #4: 500 +/- tons #8 stone delivered to Township Shed.   *Township shed located at 30 Canaan Road Waymart. *Bids may be submitted on company letterhead.   All Materials must meet PA DOT Specifications. Proof of Insurance must be provided for equipment item #1. Penndot Certification must be provided for materials.
