NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids to be filed with Escambia County Public Schools in the office of Facilities Planning, Room 158; 30 East Texar Drive, Pensacola, FL 32503. Bids will be publicly opened and evaluated in the Conference Room of Facilities Planning on the date and times listed below for the construction of the following project:
Molino Park Elementary School – HVAC Improvements - Digital plans and specs are available without deposit from the office of B&A Architectural Group, contact Dieter Borrell at 850-341-0286 or email dieter@baarchitecturalgroupinc.com. Bid Opening: Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., local (central) time. A complete list of subcontractors to be used for these projects shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid date and time listed above to the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. Only bids from Pre-qualified Contractors will be accepted. Any bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids. Bid award recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents.
