NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 24th day of March, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Borough of Neptune City Land Use Board at the Neptune City Borough Hall, Council Chambers, 106 West Sylvania Avenue, Neptune City, New Jersey on the application of Lawrence DelGuercio, Jr. for variances or other relief so as to permit the construction of a one-story building on the premises known as Lot 9, Block 116 as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Neptune City and located at 1 Oak Drive, Neptune City, New Jersey, in the HC zoning district.
The following variances have been applied for:
§111-16H: Two-way driveway minimum width of 25 ft. is required, where 16 ft. is proposed.
§111-16D: Driveway side setback of 10 ft. is required, where 5 ft. is proposed.
§111-13.D.2: Parking lot aisle width of 25 ft. is required, where 16 ft. is proposed.
The following existing non-conformities will remain unchanged:
§139-12: Minimum lot area of 10,000 sq. ft. is required, where 5,308 sq. ft. exists and is proposed.
§139-12: Minimum lot frontage of 75 ft. is required, where 49.62 ft. exists and is proposed.
§139-12: Minimum lot width of 50 ft. is required, where 49.62 ft. exists and is proposed.
In addition, the Applicant seeks any and all variances, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approve the application that is proposed.
The application and supporting documents are on file with the Board located at 106 West Sylvania Avenue, Neptune City, New Jersey and are available for inspection during the Borough's regular business hours. For more information you may call the Board secretary at (732) 776-7224 ext. 11.
All interested parties may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
