PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to Chapter 145, Section 87 of the Codified Ordinances of Millcreek Township, a public hearing will be held regarding an appeal filed with the Millcreek Township Board of Supervisors, Erie County, PA by the following: Millcreek Township School District for property located at 2624 West 6th Street seeking a Conditional Use to install an Electronic Message Center in the R1 Single Family Residential District. Millcreek Township School District for property located at 5300 Henderson Road seeking a Conditional Use to install an Electronic Message Center in the R1 Single Family Residential District. Millcreek Township School District for property located at 4301 Lancaster Road (also known as 4305 Lancaster Road) seeking a Conditional Use to install an Electronic Message Center in the R1 Single Family Residential District. Millcreek Township School District for property located at 5875 Sterrettania Road and 5901 Sterrettania Road seeking a Conditional Use to install an Electronic Message Center in the CR Conservation Residential District. Millcreek Township School District for property located at 4330 West Lake Road (also known as 4200 West Lake Road) seeking a Conditional Use to install an Electronic Message Center in the R1 Single Family Residential District. A public hearing will be held on said petition on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26th Street, at which time all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
