LEGAL NOTICE:   Take notice, that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-1 et seq.) the Governing Body of the Township of Lyndhurst shall provide public notice beginning January 1, 2026, and no less than two times per month through December 31, 2026, advising the public that the full text of all legally required notices will be published on the Township of Lyndhurst official website, located at www.lyndhurstnj.org effective March 1, 2026.   Members of the public are advised that a clearly visible hyperlink labeled “Public Notices” https://www.lyndhurstnj.org/pages/legal-ads will be maintained on the Township’s homepage to provide direct access to such notices. Additionally, until the New Jersey Secretary of State establishes the legal notices hyperlink webpage as mandated by Subsection b. of Section 2 of P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-2), the Township of Lyndhurst shall be deemed in compliance with P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-1 et seq.), notwithstanding the absence of the Township’s hyperlink on the State-administered webpage.
