APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94778 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of October 2025 Plumb Lane Business Park, LLC of Richfield, Ohio made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, manner and place of use of 0.057 c.f.s., 16.04 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 434a of the Truckee River Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at points located as follows: 1. Steamboat Canal (Hunter Creek Reservoir); 2. Highland Ditch (Highland Reservoir); 3. Idlewild Treatment Plant; 4. North Truckee Ditch (Glendale treatment Plant); 5. Orr Ditch Pump Station (Chalk Bluff Treatment Plant); 6. Orr Ditch (Chalk Bluff Treatment Plant); 7. North Truckee Ditch (Glendale Treatment Plant); and 8. Washoe County (Hidden Valley Induction Well #4). Water will be used for municipal and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was from a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 11, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 14, T19N, R19E, MDB&M bears S 69 degrees 15 minutes W, a distance of 3,640 feet (Cochron Ditch).
