Online bids for improvements to the Yerington Municipal Airport will be received by the City of Yerington through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com beginning on April 2 , 2026 and extend through bid closing on April 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (PDT).
The work involved includes the following:

A digital download of Project Documents and other related contract information may be ordered online at www.hwlochner.com . These project documents may be downloaded for $60.00. Payment must be made directly to QuestCDN. This cost includes access to online bidding. There will be no refunds. The QuestCDN project number is 10084876 . Bid quantities and schedules may be viewed prior to purchase under the "view bid documents" section on QuestCDN.
Each online bid submittal must include a PDF copy of a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to the City of Yerington and uploaded to QuestCDN as part of the bid submittal process.
The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Yerington reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days from the opening thereof.
A MANDATORY in-person pre-bid meeting will be on March 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (PDT) at the Yerington Municipal Airport. Following the pre-bid meeting, prospective bidders will have the opportunity to tour the project site. If prospective bidders are unable to attend the pre-bid meeting, they must coordinate a time with Nadine Burgard at nburgard@hwlochner.com or by phone at (775) 346-3011 to visit the project site prior to bidding on the project.

Minimum wage rates as established by the Secretary of Labor and State of Nevada are applicable to all schedules awarded for this project.
