YARDE, Deceased.   Claim Notice   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of Beverly A. Yarde and that Letters of Office were issued on February 26, 2026, to Jason Yarde as Executor of the Estate of BEVERLY A. YARDE, Deceased.   Every claim against the Estate must be filed in writing and state sufficient information to notify the Executor of the nature of the claim or other relief sought. Claims must be filed on or before September 11, 2026, or within 3 months from the date of the mailing or delivery of a notice to known or reasonably ascertainable creditors, whichever is later.   Claims may either be filed with the Executor or in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Warren County, Warren County Courthouse, 100 W. Broadway, Monmouth, Illinois 61462. If filed with the Clerk, the claimant shall, within 10 days thereof, cause:   1. A copy of the claim to be mailed or delivered to the Executor, Jason Yarde, 813 E. St., Vader, WA 98593, and to the attorney for the Estate, Jack P. Ball, Esq., 190 S. Kellogg St., Galesburg, Illinois 61401, unless the Executor or her attorney have, in writing, either consented to the allowance of the claim or waived mailing or delivery of copies of the claim.   2.
