Request for Proposals: AV System Repair/Update for Kewaunee County Emergency Management
Summary: Kewaunee County is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced audio-visual (AV) professionals to replace and standardize the technology in our Emergency Operation Center (EOC). The project includes the design, installation, programming, and commissioning of new AV systems to support high-quality hybrid meetings, presentations, and operations of the EOC and the Emergency Management office during county emergencies.
The ideal solution will integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure and be intuitive for Emergency Management staff to use. Bidders are expected to provide comprehensive solutions covering all project phases, from initial design through post-installation support.
Mandatory Site Visit: A pre-proposal site visit will be available until deadline date at the EOC located at 625 3rd St, Luxemburg, WI 54217. Site visit would be required if you plan to bid.
