A467-R) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to John Doe, the unknown heirs of John Doe, deceased; Jane Doe, the unknown heirs of Jane Doe, deceased; and PUBLIC NOTICE is also given to all other persons having any interest in and to the following described proceedings for the establishment of said public highway or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the property described below, and That a petition signed by ten (10) or more persons, residents and real property taxpayers of Maricopa County, Arizona, has been presented to the Board of Supervisors, praying for the establishment of a public road(s) described as follows: A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for TT0511 MC 85 107th Avenue at 95th Avenue on file with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying within Sections 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, and 18 of Township 1 North, Range 1 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. General Vicinity: MC 85 from 107th Avenue to 95th Avenue, lying in Supervisorial District 5. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B) Said road(s) having been surveyed and a map thereof prepared by the County Engineer that pursuant to the provisions of ARS §28-6701, a hearing on said petition will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, in the meeting room of said Board located at 205 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on the 25th day of March, 2026 at 9:30 A.M., for the purpose of considering the feasibility, advantage and necessity of the highway sought to be established, and you and each of you, and all persons wishing to object to the action prayed for in said petition are directed to file with said Board of Supervisors a statement in writing setting forth any objection or opposition and to show cause why said petition should not be granted.
