NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED PROPOSALS will be accepted by the Tobyhanna Township Board of Supervisors until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Tobyhanna Township Municipal Building, 105 Government Center Way, Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania, 18350 for the following: The 2026 Cape Seal Base Bid Proposal for road maintenance of Pocono Crest Road (T-657) located within Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County will generally consist of the following, including other incidental items: • 18,700 SY Single Asphalt Seal Coat • 18,700 SY Slurry Seal (Type II) • 6,400 LF of 4” Double Yellow Center Lines with Glass Beads • 12,800 LF of 4” Single White Edge Lines with Glass Beads All materials must meet current PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified Prime Contractors and must supply proof of prequalification with their sealed bid. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township.
