ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS TOWN OF PELAHATCHIE, MISSISSIPPI   NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Pelahatchie, Mississippi will receive written and electronic sealed bids for the construction of that certain project designated as “WWTF Effluent Pump Station and Force Main” until the hour of 2:00 PM, local time, on 16TH day, April 2026, in the Town of Pelahatchie City Hall, 702 2nd Street, Pelahatchie, Mississippi 39145; or electronically at www.waggonerengplans.com Registration and a valid email address are required for electronic id submission. Bids are to be stated for the construction of a pump station and force main and all other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents.   The Total Contract Time will be 180 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $700 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.
