NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D06-2510-MF-006786 wherein Santander Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Sherri L. Quirk A/K/A Sherri Ray; State of Indiana; Capital One, NA; Heritage Federal Credit Union; WM Schnute Tower Apartments were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Thirty-three (33) feet off the West side of Lot Twenty (20) adjoining Lot Twenty-one (21) and Seventeen (17) feet off the East side of Lot Twenty-one (21) adjoining Lot Twenty (20) in Southside Park, an addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book I, Pages 93 and 94 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
