TO: WHAIRHOUSE HOLDINGS, LLC
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 20th day of February, 2026, the Superior Court fixed April 21, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the City of Paterson located at 155 Market Street, , Paterson, New Jersey, 07505 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #23-00340 dated December 30, 2022, made by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Paterson, County of Passaic and State of New Jersey, and recorded in the office of the Passaic County Clerk/Register in mortgage book M18388, page 263; and covers real estate located at 145-147 Union Ave, Paterson, County of Passaic and State of New Jersey known as Block 1611, Lot 18 on the tax duplicate of the City of Paterson, and assessed to Whairhouse Holdings, LLC. Total amount required to redeem is $61,397.93, together with interest from January 20, 2026, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
