Jenkins Jr., P.E., P.S., 5000 Newton Falls Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond with satisfactory surety or by a certified check, cashier's check, or money order drawn on a solvent bank and payable to the Portage County Board of Commissioners in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
