In accordance with the pro-visions of MGL c40A, §10, and the Town of Hubbardston Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the application of Matthew Nowlan. The petitioner seeks a variance under Hub-bardston Zoning bylaws, Ar-ticle 5 Section 5.1 Table of Dimensional Regulations, for the construction of a ga-rage addition. The subject property is located at 101 Williamsville Rd, identified as Assessors Map 4, Lot 77A, in the residential zon-ing district. The requested variance is for relief from the minimum site yard set-back requirement of 30 feet, proposing a setback of 16.9 feet. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 6:30pm. The hearing will take place at 48 Gardner Rd in the Downstairs Meeting Room.
Copies of the application, plans, and related documents may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk or Land Use office during nor-mal business hours.
