LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF WALDWICK COUNTY OF BERGEN   Borough of Waldwick Legal Notices   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to New Jersey P.L. 2025, c. 72, the Borough of Waldwick, County of Bergen is transitioning the publication of all Public Notices including Legal Notices as well as from our Boards, Commissions and the like from the newspaper to our official website, https://ecode360.com/WA0296/documents/Public_Notices. Starting March 1, 2026, the complete text of all Public Notices including Legal Notices will be publicly accessible on the Borough’s official website, https://ecode360.com/WA0296/documents/Public_Notices free of charge. This, however, does not prohibit the Borough of Waldwick from using print publications in addition to publishing notices on our official website.
