WILLINGBORO TOWNSHIP BURLINGTON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY   Notice of Contract Award Increase   The Township of Willingboro in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey (the “Township”) has authorized Change Order #1/Final Change Order for a contract with Level Up Retail Services. This will increase the not to exceed amount for Level Up Retail Services for provisions of the NFC Fitness Court approved installation services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7. It is necessary to increase the approved amount not to exceed for Level Up Retail Services because of adjustments to the contractor’s proposed pricing to match as-built calculations. In open public session the governing body authorized an increase of $13,000 for NFC Fitness Court installation services by Level Up Retail Services increasing the maximum amount to be expended for these services from $27,000 to $40,000 that is consistent with resolution 2025-237. This contract is for the duration of the project until completion.
