Take notice that: Pursuant to OCGA Section 48-4-45 and Section 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Wadley, 83rd District G.M., of Jefferson County, Georgia. Said lot being 66 feet by 180 feet, more or less, and is bounded on the North by lands now or formerly of R. G. Foster, Sr., formerly of Less Anna Brown; on the East by lands now or formerly of Mrs. M. B. Smith; and on the West by Murphy Street.
Also: All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Wadley, Jefferson County, Goergia, and bounded as follows: North by lot known as the Eby Bell lot, a distance of 178 feet; East by lot known as the Alberta Spann lot, a distance of 25 feet; South by lot of John Latimore, Sr., a distance of 178 feet, and West by Murphy Street, a distance of 25 feet.
As described in Deed Book 558, Page 311 and Deed Book 387, Page 126. Further described as Map & Parcel W007 009A.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 13th day of April, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of March, 2021, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 609, at Pages 1002-1003.
The property may be redeemed at any time before April 13, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Artis Tennyson, at 4287 Morning View, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30083.
