PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting of the Manchester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, held on January 22, 2026, the Applicant, Jami Investment Realty LLC was granted preliminary and final site plan approval, use "d" variance, bulk "c" variance, and design waiver relief to permit the installation of an approximately 900 sf pole barn, asphalt apron, stone driveway, stone parking area, equipment and material storage area, fencing, lighting, landscaping, and stormwater basin along with permitting the existing residential dwelling at property that is commonly known as 2865 Wilbur Avenue, Manchester, New Jersey 08759, also known and designated as Block 4, Lot 9 on the Tax Map of Manchester Township, Ocean County, New Jersey, and located within the O-P Zone.
Please be advised that the Resolution of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for application number MTZB 26-5910 memorializing the aforementioned approvals was adopted on February 26, 2026 and has been filed with and is available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Officer of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, within the Manchester Township Town Hall, located at 1 Colonial Drive, Manchester, New Jersey 08759.
