ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS MERKEL ISD CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK   Request for Qualifications/Proposals for the selection of Construction Manager at Risk will be received by Jacob & Martin, LLCon behalf of Merkel ISD until 2:00 PM on April 14, 2026, at 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, Texas 79606.   The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications/Proposal. Statement of Qualifications/Proposal may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the qualifications of Proposers prior to awarding of the contract.
