PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS UNION TOWNSHIP EV CHARGERS PROJECT / PID # 122828 (UNION TOWNSHIP) Union Township (the "Township") invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for design-build services related to its EV Charging Infrastructure project (the "Project"), which it intends to be delivered via design-build (ODOT PID # 122828). Copies of the complete Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Township's website https://www.utclermont.gov Statements of qualifications must be delivered to the Township no later than April 13, 2026 Sealed statements of qualifications should be addressed to: Union Township c/o Cory Wright, Township Administrator 4350 Aicholtz Road Union Township, OH 45245 The Project is anticipated to include the design and installation of EV Charging Systems at 2 locations in Union Township (4350 Aicholtz Road and 4357 Ferguson Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45245); as well as related items (ODOT PID #122828). McGill Smith Punshon is acting as Criteria Engineer. The Township will evaluate statements of qualifications submitted and then issue an RFP to those qualified firms for technical and pricing proposals. The Township, at its discretion, may hold discussions with one or more individual or associated candidate firms to explore a firm's statements of qualifications, the scope and nature of the services the firms would provide, and the various technical approaches the firm(s) may take toward the Project. NO CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE OR FEE IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME.
