INVITATION FOR BIDS  The Erie County Technical School is accepting sealed Bids from qualified Contractor(s) for Replacing the Auto Body Spray Booth. The bid forms and specifications can be obtained by emailing Frank Kimmel at fkimmel@ects.org or on the ECTS website (About, Joint Operating Committee tab) for the following:  BIDS FOR REPLACING THE AUTO BODY SPRAY BOOTH Bidders are asked to bid specifications as stated on the forms. If a bidder chooses to submit an alternative to specifications, please clearly mark (*ALTERNATE) and show a separate proposal which reflects the alternate bid. Bids must be accompanied with a signed “NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION” to be considered.  PLEASE MARK ENVELOPES “Bid for Replacing the Auto Body Spray Booth”  Bids are due in the Ere County Technical School, 8500 Oliver Road, Erie, PA 16509, by FRIDAY, APRIL 3, 2026, at 2:00PM. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be open publicly at 2:00PM on the same day in the Erie County Technical School building.  The Erie County Technical School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids specified herein from any Bid and does not restrict itself to the lowest Bid. The Board has the Right to waive minor errors and irregularities. Bidders may make an appointment during normal business hours (8:00am – 4:00pm) to view the facility by contacting the Erie County Technical School Facility Manager, Frank Kimmel, at (814) 464-8615 or by email at fkimmel@ects.org. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of the Erie County Technical School.
