Notice of Public Hearing The Greens Fork Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 12 South Water Street, Greens Fork, Indiana.The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment, and to consider the following: An Ordinance to repeal the Ordinance for the Flood Hazard Areas for Greens Fork and replace it with the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance for Greens Fork. A complete text of the Ordinance is available for review at the Wayne County Planning & Zoning Office, 401 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, during regular business hours. After receiving input from all interested parties, the Greens Fork Town Council may determine to act upon the proposed Ordinance.
