The Thibodaux Housing Authority announces on March 16, 2026, the THA shall make available for public review a draft copy of the Components of its 2027-2031 5-Year Action and Annual Agency Plan, per guidelines pf 24CF-903, a requirement of the Quality Housing & Responsibility Act of 1998. These documents will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the THA administration office located at 1425 Eagle Drive, Thibodaux, Louisiana - for a period of approximately 45 days. The THA has scheduled a public hearing to be held on April 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Center located at 601 Government Circle, Thibodaux, LA. At this time, the THA shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of their agency plan for submission to HUD on or before October 17, 2026.
