NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SALE OF REAL PROPERTY The City Council of Woodward, Iowa, will discuss the approval of a resolution relating to the sale of a portion of the real property owned by the City located at 222 S Main Street, and described as: The East 60 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 12 in the City of Woodward, Dallas County, Iowa. The proposal is for the property to be sold to HYTEL Boeland Properties, LLC. The Council will meet on the 13th day of April, 2026, at the Woodward City Hall, 105 E 2nd Street, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed sale of this real estate. At that time and place, oral or written comments or objections may be filed or made, and following the hearing, the City Council will make a final determination on the sale, in accordance with Iowa Code Section 364.7.
