NOTICE   The Hilltown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the Hilltown Township Municipal Building, 13 West Creamery Road, Hilltown Township, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of hearing the following Appeal:   Appeal No. 2026-001 of Andrew and Jennifer McColgan, on their own behalf and on behalf of H. Peter Helm, for the properties located at 300 Fairhill School Road and 280 Fairhill School Road, Hilltown Township and otherwise identified as Bucks County Tax Parcel Nos. 15-022-053-002 (“Lot 5”) and 15-022-053-003 (“Lot 6”) respectively. The subject properties are located in the RR (Rural Residential) Zoning District. Lot 5 is currently unimproved land while Lot 6 contains a single-family dwelling and related improvements. Applicant proposes a lot line change between Lots 5 and 6 in which Lot 6 will become a flag lot with a net lot area of 7.12 acres. Applicant requests a variance from Zoning Ordinance §160-51.C(1) to permit a flag lot with a net area of 7.12 acres flag rather than the required minimum of 10 acres.   The Application submitted, together with accompanying documents and site plans, are available at the Hilltown Township Municipal Building for public inspection during normal business hours.
