NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLAN COMMISSION
HEARING DATE: Thu. Apr. 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
PLACE: The Common Council Chambers at the Franklin City Hall, 9229 W Loomis Rd, Franklin, WI 53132.
APPLICANT: Dan Raduenz, Property Owner.
PROPERTY: 3220 W Puetz Road (TKN 832 9988 003)
PROPOSAL: Natural Resource Special Exception to allow for impacts to a wetland buffer west side of the property for the construction of an accessory structure. Site restoration of a degraded wetland buffer and additional compensation plantings will be provided.
PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION
This public hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Wis. Stat. § 62.23(7)(d)2. and §15-9-08.B.2.b of the UDO. A map of the affected property, all application materials and the proposed resolution are available at the Dept. of City Development at Franklin City Hall. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and to provide input. The proposed resolution is subject to revisions following public hearing and the further consideration by the Plan Commission and the Common Council.
