Jospeh M. Paldino has applied to the Planning Board seeking an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Special Permit to modify the dimensional requirements for an ADU (Article IV, Section 8.G.5) under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance. Presently on the premises is a two-family detached dwelling with an attached garage. The property is located within an RL-7 (Residence, Limited) zoning district. The applicant seeks a Special Permit to construct a ±1,296 SF detached garage with an ADU on the second story and modify the dimensional requirements for an ADU in order to exceed the maximum gross floor area allowed for such structures (PB-2025-093).
A public hearing on the application will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
