NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT CVI Investments, LLC, has applied to the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Bellmawr for approval of a minor subdivision as well as variances and waivers.
Application Description: The Applicant seeks a minor subdivision to divide one existing lot into two. The subdivision will require a variance for each newly created lot for a front yard width of 50 feet, where 60 feet is required. In addition, the Applicant will request any and all other variances, waivers or permissions which the Board may deem necessary. This Application relates to the premises located on Block 99, Lot 4 at 124 Grafton Avenue, Bellmawr, New Jersey.
A hearing on said application will be held by the Joint Land Use Board on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Joint Land Use Board, at which time any interested person may be heard concerning said application. You may appear either in person or by attorney to present any comments or objections concerning the application.
