PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, 711 Partners LLC, with the consent of the owner of property located at 711 Broadway, Borough of Norwood, Bergen County, N.J. 07648, also known as Block 120, Lot 27 on the Tax Assessment Map (hereafter referred to as the "Property"), has made application to the Norwood Planning Board for minor subdivision approval with bulk variances to subdivide the existing lot in order to create three new lots, lots 27.01 and 27.02 and 27.03, and construct a single family dwelling on each new lot. The three new lots that will have lot areas of 15,716 sq. ft., 10,960 sq. ft. and 15,554 sq. ft.
