NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF HAMPTON COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hampton County Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6 2026, in Council Chambers in the Administrative Offices Building located at 200 Jackson Avenue East, Hampton, South Carolina 29924, AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 2025-005 ESTABLISHING THE HAMPTON COUNTY SOUTH CAROLINA OPIOID RECOVERY FUNDS (SCORF) ADVISORY COMMITTEE   At the time and place fixed for this public hearing, all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the matters contemplated by the Ordinance. Any persons wishing to submit written comments may submit them to 200 Jackson Avenue East, Hampton, South Carolina 29924, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2026. In compliance with ADA Section 504, Hampton County is prepared to make accommodations for individuals with disabilities needing special assistance.
