NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given that the Tinicum Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold two separate public hearings at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 9, 2026 to hear the applications of 755 River Road LLC, owner of property located on 755 River Road and 24 River Road in Tinicum Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The subject property is identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel Nos. 44-015-071 and 44-015-072 and is located in the RA-Residential Agricultural District. The first hearing concerns an appeal from an Enforcement Notice dated December 30, 2025 asserting that signs (flags) were installed along the driveway on the Property without obtaining the necessary zoning permit. The second hearing concerns an appeal from an Enforcement Notice dated December 30, 2025 asserting that a storm trench grate was installed on the Property without the necessary approvals and permits.
The hearings will be held in the Tinicum Township Municipal Building located at 163 Municipal Road, Pipersville, Pennsylvania. This notice is pursuant to Article XIV of the Tinicum Township Zoning Ordinance and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Any interested person may attend these hearings and offer testimony or public comment. Any interested person may schedule an appointment to inspect these applications and any plans relating to them during regular office hours at the Tinicum Township Municipal Building located at 163 Municipal Road, Pipersville, PA, by calling (610) 294-9154. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
