PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Title 8: Alcoholic Beverages, Chapter 1 of the Town of Arlington Municipal Code the following notice is given: The Town of Arlington has one (1) open Certificate of Compliance for the operation of a retail package store within the Town, available to prospective applicants. Prospective applicants may obtain a written application from the Town Recorder at 5854 Airline Road, in Arlington, Tennessee or on the Town’s website at www.townofarlington.org The Town will accept applications during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM), for a period of twenty (20) days beginning March 26th and ending on April 15th Town offices are closed on April 3rd. No applications will be accepted outside of these posted hours. It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to complete the application properly and fully and to timely submit the application.
