ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SEALED BIDS will be received by the Caddo Parish School Board, 1961 Midway Street, Shreveport, Louisiana, in the Construction Office Building front door or electronically at Bidexpress.com, until April 16, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. for J.S Clark Roofing, Project No. 2027-247 Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Newman Marchive Incorporated, 2800 Youree Drive, Suite 310 Shreveport, Louisiana 71104 upon receipt of $ 50.00 for each set of documents. If Bidder wants the documents to be sent to them, there will be a shipping and handling fee of $50.00 charged to the bidder. Deposit is fully refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.
